I underwent a vision correction procedure with Dr. Baig. He and his staff were knowledgeable, so friendly, and accommodating. All the instructions I received prior, during and after the procedure were communicated exceptionally well. I never felt pressured or coerced into the procedure, and was given plenty of opportunities to consider next steps or ask questions.i highly recommend this service.

I will start my review with a brief story. I wore contacts for 20 years and randomly developed a severe irritation while wearing them. This forced me into glasses, which i despise. I went to my optometrist who was unable to diagnose the issue and sent me to a specialist. The specialist was also unable to diagnose the problem and ultimately sent me on my way.I then booked a consultation with Herzig in 2023 where Dr.Che immediately discovered the issue I was having without prompt and recommended their preferred specialist. This gave me so much confidence in Herzig, and Dr.Che is absolutely amazing- so kind, caring and professional. Unfortunately the issue could not be fixed and is something I have to live with.I did not book the surgery after my first consult because I was just nervous in general and thought I could live with glasses. Ultimately I had enough of glasses after 3 years and booked a second consultation with Herzig in 2026 (I was not charged anything for either consult).At the second consultation I met and was assessed by Dr.Herzig (after standard testing) who noticed a secondary issue with my eyes and immediately booked me with a different specialist to monitor his concerns (this may have saved me from glaucoma, thank you so much Dr.Herzig). During this consult Dr.Herzig showed me exactly what surgeries I qualify for, and recommended SMILE. He was extremely patient, answered all my questions and clearly only wants the best for his patients. This gave me the confidence to move ahead with booking the surgery.The surgery (two weeks after the second consult) went without a hitch, I was able to select my surgeon (went with Dr. Herzig) and I could not be happier. I have had multiple follow up appointments with Dr.Che and can not recommend Herzig enough. The staff and facility are incredible, and my eyes are literally perfect. I can not say enough good things about my experience with this amazing team- if you are thinking about doing this - DO IT. I did not go to any other clinic as I felt so well cared for by the Herzig team, this is honestly life changing and I regret not doing it sooner. THANK YOU DR. HERZIG AND DR.CHE!!!!!

I would strongly recommend anyone considering corrective eye surgery to look at herzig eye institute. When it comes to your eyes, I feel like there should be no consideration of compromise and that is how I would describe the service at Herzig. Only the latest technologies, best doctors and a thorough/Informative process.Thank you
